Custom honeycomb panels are project-specific sandwich panels made by combining selected face sheets with aluminum, aramid, or PP honeycomb cores. They are designed for applications where standard panel constructions cannot fully meet requirements for weight, stiffness, surface finish, moisture or corrosion resistance, and installation.
Face sheet material, core material, panel thickness, dimensions, surface finish, and edge treatment can be selected according to drawings, samples, and project requirements.
